General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the PARIDA website and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. PARIDA By Pam is not registered for VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Yoco. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via The Courier Guy. Delivery times vary based on location. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you may return unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original, sealed packaging. Contact care@parida.co.za to initiate a return.

Limitation of Liability

PARIDA By Pam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
