Is PARIDA made in South Africa?
Yes. PARIDA is proudly South African — formulated, manufactured and packaged locally in Johannesburg. Founder Pam personally oversees every formulation.
Is PARIDA suitable for sensitive skin?
Most PARIDA formulations are designed to be gentle. The Soothing Hydrating Cream and Cleansing Lotion are particularly suitable for sensitive skin types. We recommend a 24-hour patch test before introducing any new active (retinol, peptides) into your routine.
Is PARIDA cruelty-free?
Yes. PARIDA does not test on animals at any stage of development or production.
What age should I start using PARIDA’s anti-ageing range?
Most skincare specialists recommend introducing anti-ageing products from your late twenties as a preventative routine. Our Day Cream, Night Cream and Hydrating Mist are excellent starting points. Retinol and peptide serums are typically introduced from your early thirties.
Ingredients & use
Can I use retinol with vitamin C?
Yes, but separate them — vitamin C in the morning, retinol at night. PARIDA’s Retinol Night Serum is formulated for evening use; pair it with our Day Cream during the day.
What order should I apply my skincare?
The simple rule is thinnest to thickest. A complete PARIDA routine: cleanser → toner → mist → serum → eye cream → moisturiser. At night, add Retinol Night Serum after toner.
Does PARIDA contain parabens or sulphates?
Full ingredient lists (INCI) are published on every product page. We use phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin as preservatives in most formulations.
Shipping & delivery
How long does delivery take in South Africa?
Standard delivery is 1–3 business days nationwide via TheCourierGuy. Overnight delivery is available at checkout for urgent orders.
Do you ship to Namibia, Botswana, or other countries?
Currently we ship within South Africa only. International delivery is on our roadmap. Please contact us if you’d like to be notified when international shipping launches.
