We offer two ways to get personalised advice:

  • Free 5-minute phone consultation — A quick, no-cost call to discuss your skin concerns and recommend a starting routine. Available to everyone, anywhere in South Africa.
  • In-person skincare consultation — Pam travels to you for a full 45-minute consultation in your home, with skin assessment, product demonstration, and a personalised regimen. Available across Sandton and Greater Johannesburg. Pricing can be discussed and arranged during the initial phone call.

Is the phone consultation really free?

Yes. The 5-minute call has no cost and no obligation. It is the easiest way to find out if PARIDA is right for your skin.

How does the in-person consultation work?

Pam travels to your home in Sandton or Greater Johannesburg at a time that suits you. She brings the full PARIDA range, assesses your skin, demonstrates application techniques, and writes you a personalised regimen. Plan for 45 minutes.

What is the cost of the in-person consultation?

This is discussed and agreed during the initial phone consultation. Once we understand what you need, we can confirm pricing — and the consultation fee may be credited toward any products you choose to order.

Which areas do you travel to?

Sandton, Bryanston, Hyde Park, Rosebank, Houghton, Melville, Parkhurst, Greenside, Linden, Randburg, Fourways and surrounding suburbs in Greater Johannesburg. Outside this area, please ask and we will let you know what is possible.
